L&R Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by Lawrence P. Cimmarusti and Ralph J. Cimmarusti and is an affiliate of Cimmarusti Holdings, LLC. L&R was founded in 1993 and continues to provide excellent workmanship as an in-house construction company to Cimmarusti Holdings, Inc. Our primary function is to build in-house restaurants and site development retail type projects as well as maintain an outstanding reputation as a General Contractor for both commercial and residential projects.

L&R Construction, Inc. is a full service general contracting firm emphasizing on commercial and residential general contracting, as well as full-service project/construction management. Additionally, L&R Construction independently operates an 11,000 sq. ft. production facility devoted exclusively to custom millwork and finish carpentry. This allows L&R to specialize in custom millwork/finish carpentry for both residential and commercial projects.
